USE OF THE

of your use of this Website, you warrant that (i) you are at least

Your paid business
listing on getHAlgeria.com
will be specifically governed by the following terms and conditions:
- The listing
will contain the information provided by you including company name,
tag line, address, email, phone number, fax number, email address
and web site URL. You authorize getAlgeria.com
to use your logo in the listing to be viewed by any visitor to our
web site. You will be responsible for any copyright infringement
arising from the use of your logo on the listing published on getAlgeria.com
- As owner
of the listing you are responsible to ensure that the business is
engaged in a lawful activity under the laws of United States of
America and the State in which the business is located or incorporated
or both. By listing your business on getAlgeria.com,
it is assumed that you, as a business owner, have obtained all necessary
licenses from the state and federal regulatory agencies or authorities.
Any consumer issues arising from non-compliance or unlicensed service
provision will be the responsibility of the business owner.
- getAlgeria.com
will perform on best effort basis to ensure the acuracy and availability
of content. You will be sent a link to your listing via email for
accuracy of content. Your failure to respond to that email within
2 busines days will relieve us of any responsibility for errors
in your listing information.
- As a business
owner you agree to indemnify getAlgeria.com
its owners, employees, affiliates and management from any unlawful
or illegal services rendered by any and all persons working with
your company.
- Our site
contents are delivered via internet which involves multiple networks,
internet service providers and user software. We can not guarantee
that your listing will be displayed to the user under all conditions
and at all times. But we can ensure availability of your listing
for over 90% of the time. it will be your responsibility to inform
us of the failure of the listing to appear. You will be provided
credit for the missed time in number of days by providing free days
for your listing display.
- We can not
guarantee that individuals or companies engaged in spamming or phising
can not access your email address listed on the listing.
USE OF DIRECTORY
LISTINGS BY USERS OR CONSUMERS

and its web site getAlgeria.com
has no relationship with the businesses listed in our directory
other than an advertiser and publisher relationship. getTickets
does not validate or encourage purchase of product and services
from the companies listed in our paid directory.
- getTickets
provide paid listing service to business owners. It does not however,
guarantee to the user of these listings that the businesses listed
in our directory are ligitemate business. Consumers have to perform
their own due diligence before engaging in purchasing the product
or services from the listings provided on our web site.
- Any loss
of property or equipment or bodily injury resulting from the services
purchased from the companies listed on our web site will not make
us liable to pay for any damages or penalties. Consumers should
pursue legal actions on their own against the companies engaged
in fraudulent business practices.
- Consumers
that wish to lodge a complain against a business listed in our paid

of complaints does not require us to take any legal action against
